We greatly appreciate your visiting our website and encourage you to browse around and view the classes we have to offer.

The North Tonawanda Dept. of Youth, Recreation & Parks fitness programs are designed to offer you safe effective and fun workouts.  The goal of each exercise class is simply to bring together groups of people who are interested in improving their health and fitness level.  As you can see, we offer a variety of classes ranging from Body Conditioning to Stability Ball classes, as well as our new Zumba classes.  We encourage everyone to try a Group Exercise class because it's for everyBODY!

1. Print out both  
    documents below.

2. Fill out the documents

3. Return documents to 
    the Recreation Dept.
    @ 500 Wheatfield St.
